The rest is pretty slick. I like it much better than the cheaper version that does not have a push button. My issue was that the rest would drop down after activation when you placed the arrow on it. It seemed too sensitive. I emailed TruGlo and have yet to receive a response. I was about to send it back to Amazon as I thought it might be defective. What I noticed was that there was a plastic cover on the bottom of the rest that, when the rest was activated, would drop down. At first, I thought it was an activation button because if you pressed it back into position, the rest would drop out of the way. I searched online, and there is very little coverage other than installation about this rest, so I ordered a different model to replace it. Well, by accident, my bow fell off my bench, and I luckily caught it on the way down. Somehow, during that fall, the rest must have hit the side of the bench, and the little plastic plate/cover snapped back into the closed position; now, it does not drop down during activation, and the rest stays up firmly until activated. Somehow, the accidental fall fixed the issue. A CSR from TruGlo may read this and reach out about the issue, but for now, the rest is working perfectly...

Very durable and reliable, makes my original comments on installation and parts seem petty and short sighted. Fantastic product.
