Ad was pictured and advertised w a hickory handle. Arrived w a fiberglass handle. The reverberations when you hit a rock makes this tool almost useless. How do I exchange for what I wanted and what was pictured and described?

Its black and ugly all plastic construction. Its reinforced with a firberglass core. It does not feel natural in the hand when swinging. Unpredictable striking. Too much shock absorption not for real people who work hard all day in construction, landscaping, farming or ranching, etc.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REPLACING THE HANDLE WITH A GOOD QUALITY HICKORY OR ASH HANDLE 100 PERCENT REAL HARDWOOD. MADE IN USA IF POSSIBLE THEY NEVER FAIL IF MAINTAINED CORRECTLY.

Sturdy mattock for moving dirt, prying rocks, cutting roots, digging out vegetation. Well balanced, and the plastic around the blades helps prevent damage when you run into something hard.

I ordered this listing twice. The first time it was perfect and was exactly as advertised. Great tool with a wooden handle. The next time they sent me a pair of these with fiberglass handles. Big sad.

Good tool for the money but picture shows a hickory handle, it comes with a fiberglass handle.

It was working great until the handle broke. Needs to be made of more solid wood, it shouldn't be that easy to break. I'm a fairly strong guy so I definitely use it hard, but as a tool designed for hitting it should be more durable.

This Cutter-Mattock is a replacement for the one NOT returned to me . It looks well made and should work as well as the one I had.
