I got a new stomach feeding tube with did not include a clamp. All the clamps for iv type tubes wouldn't work & one day I saw this & the light bulb clicked on. This clamp hold back the fluid in the feeding tube line while I connect to another tube for feeding. Great product, washes well with soap & hot water & I like that it comes with 12.
