Rarely will I review a tool and immediately review it. But this bead roller, it’s the best tool I’ve purchased in years.Easy to use, excellent quality, great storage case it comes in . It’s going to come in handy when making air intakes, charge pipes, coolant tubes.I wish I could give it more stars.

Worked great and rolled beads on intercooler pipe easily. Worked fine on the pipe right out of the box but I found that annealing the pipe made it even smoother as did a little WD-40 on the pipe and rollers. TO anneal it I just marked it with Sharpie and them hit it with a propane torch until the Sharpie disappeared. Easy.

Very useful tool, the handle is a bit off. The little screw that is supposed to tighten it to the shaft does not clamp very well but takes couple try to get used to it so it doesn’t fall off.

Worked GREAT on 2.5" alum intercooler piping. 3rd install, was manually hand beading before, much easier and efficient. Cant speak to longevity (everyday use), but completed my task and owes me nothing. Should have bought a long time ago

This is a decent roller a bit slow for a larger pipe but gets the job done

Work slow, take your time, baby steps.. Does the job intended. Helps to spray a little lube on the working piece where you're putting the bead.

Used this to bead the aluminum portions of my charge piping. My vise was too wide to be able to use the crank handle it came with but a 9/32" 12 point socket and a drill on low speed make the job even easier than with the handle. The bead it rolls is solid and can go deeper than you'll ever need it to be and this is on 6061 aluminum. The piping can slip out of place while cranking so use some scrap tubing to practice first. Not sure about longevity doing it this way as the heat from the quicker speed of the drill might wear the tool out faster. I only had to roll 10 beads so for the price it more than came through!
