I used it for the first time and stat making with small 2nd transmission and the legs bend right to the floor the bottom of the ram is sitting on the floor very poor legs

The casters jam up on the frame which makes it a struggle under the car when removing the transmission. The 2 stage ram is very loose as far as swaying with weight. Hardware is not high quality and no lock washers. I recomend using locktite in all fasteners. The top plate is also very minimal as far as strength integrity. But all in all what do you expect for the price. My main issue is the caster jamming up against the frame. They need to make a longer foot that will allow the caster to rotate 360 Degrees. Ok after further review if you assemble the jack legs upside down from the picture of Jack they send you the casters will swivel 360 degrees. I have contacted the seller so they will hopefully change there picture. Because they don't send any instructions with the jack and the picture is all anyone has to go by.
