It is true to size and comfortable! The sides of the shirt have breathable fabric. The zipper works well and it has the small tuffrider logo on the front. Only thing is that the sleeves get dirty easily with you are tacking up, and is a bit hard to wash off. But, this is still a really nice riding shirt!

Bought this in a large. I usually wear a med or large depending on cut. It is a cute fitted shirt and fit fine - not too snug, but arms felt too short and shirt needed to be a about 2 inches longer for me to use. I am 5’8”. I gave it to my daughter who is 5’4” and wears a medium but doesn’t like things fitted so perfect for her. I’d have to order a size XL for it to work for me. The fabric looked nice and breathable. Haven’t used it in hot sun yet.

I really love how cool this shirt is and how well it works in the hot humid climate I experience. I live in the southeast and this is a perfect sun shirt. I often find regular sun shirts too hot, but the mesh on the undersides of the arms and the breathable fabric make this work really well.

My daughter loves this shirt. Very comfortable, breathes well and looks great. Find some of this style of shirt too fitted or too long but this is perfect. (Size small for 5’2, 120 lbs)Would definitely buy again!

Great top. Nice and cool to ride in. Helps to keep the sun off. I’d like to see some with mesh in other colors than just the white. I will buy more because they are great and a good value for the price. Fits nicely.

I really like this shirt. I live in the hot, humid Deep South and I wear long sleeved sun shirts year round to protect me from harmful UV rays. I also ride and care for horses in the heat and humidity. All. Day. Long I have an impressive collection of sun shirts, some of them that cost me more than twice what I paid for this shirt. Yet, I am still impressed with this shirt. When I first opened the box, I thought that the color (glacial blue) was attractive, but I was concerned about the material. It seemed thick and I was concerned that it might be hot. I put it to the test by trail riding for two hours on a day when the "feels like" temperature was 107 degrees. I was amazed that I was not hot or uncomfortable. Instead, I felt like the shirt helped keep me cooler than my pricey Ice Fil shirts. While the shirt does have a bit of a boxy cut, I still like it. Also, the shirt is made out of a coarser material than some of my other sun shirts, but it does not feel scratchy against my skin. I think I am going to order a few more of these shirts before the summer ends.

I live in toasty hot So. Cal and these shirts are much cooler than cotton t-shirts and thick gooey sun screen. The long sleeves and high collar are helping with my anti-farmer-tan crusade. I purchased my first one at a local tack store and was able to try on - I grabbed a large and Xl and found they ran big. I usually wear size 10 or 12. The arms and body were much too long and I was pleased to find that the medium fit fine but a little tight at the chest. I gambled that it would fit better with a sports bra on and it did - if you have a larger chest than 34D you may need to get the large and shorten the sleeves. The shirt is not fitting so if you have a post-baby and/or dessert loving figure with various lumps and bumps the flab will remain hidden if you don't tuck in the shirt. I was very happy to find them on Amazon when the tack store ran out -- and what a great deal - I bought three more! Other brands at the feed store were $70+ and the fabric looked and felt about the same. I'm feeling like I got two for the price of one - yay! Both my snooty dressage buddies and down to earth trail riding pals complemented the look too, now when does that ever happen?
