This stone is calming and mind- stimulating. (Recommend research and bonding with stone first.) When I tell you, this stone helped me into a deep sleep… It DOES. Slept with it under my pillow after a few nights of getting familiar with it. Almost similar effects to chamomile tea! Good sleep, dreams, and a calmer state of being. Plus the stone is so pretty. Natural light odor and coolness speaks to its authenticity.

This stone looks like the one in the picture but it is much more impressive in person. The one I received was a good size, dark with lovely white striations running through it. It gives off a nice energy. I am very pleased with this purchase and I will definitely continue to use this seller. This is a lovely stone.

I have a very limited collection of brow chakra stones. So I thought just to add another to my existing ones. It's very beautiful and full of energy. Mine was about the size of a shelled pecan, but lovely just the same.

Actually, I used this along with a piece of sunstone to enhance consentration.It worked just fine.A bit smaller than I expected, but not enough to be a problem.
