Have always used tape inside the thumbhole. Either smooth black in the back of the hole or textured white tape in the front. Both work well. But sometimes I need just a little bit more to take up the slack. Saw reviews on the thumb tape. Gave it a try. I like that I can cut it to any length I need, rather than use the pre cut tape. It stays stuck to the thumb for the entire 3 games for my league bowling. It is also smooth to prevent any hanging up. And, if the thumb starts to swell bit, it's a quick fix to remove it.

Delivery was made before the expected shipment arrival time, what a nice surprice. The tapes are in good quality and help improved my scores instantly. Besides, i prefer these uncut tapes because I have the freedom to cut into sizes I like. Great!!!
