The needle appears to work well. Better instructions would be greatly appreciated.The sound quality isn't high fidelity but then the price isn't either.

We bought my son a record player for Christmas. He broke the needle. So we ordered these. They work great. The needle was surprisingly easy to put on and it works really well. The sound is just as good with the new needle.

The cartridge went in pretty easily and the audio sounds good. The sound is a tiny bit off but I can tell that it is a speed problem and not a distortion problem. I have done some research and I have seen audiophile reviews that state that the Crosley Cruiser just has a slight speed problem. It is almost impossible to notice with most songs but I happened to test it with the track Wishing by ELO which has long sustained chords from a theremin and this made it easier to catch. It has passed its first play test. I will update if anything happens.
