This white colored net is the perfect size for a smaller aquarium. The netting is a strong waxy woven lightweight thread, it has elastic in the hem making it easy to attach and remove. I've washed it several times and has held up nicely. I am pleased with the quality.

This net works well for our current set up. It is pretty small in terms of typical fish and turtle tanks but if you have a baby turtle or small tank it should work just fine. I needed it as a temporary net to cover our quarantine tank for a sick turtle we were taking care of. It stretches well and held around the edges of the tank. It has a clip that allows you to tighten even smaller if needed. The net holds up to heat well which was my biggest concern as the heat lamp is outside of the tank shining in and I was worried this net wouldn't hold up to the heat well. However, it has not been affected at all by the heat. To be clear this net would not hold a medium to large turtle if it were able to push against it. I just needed a visual barrier because our larger turtle was trying to figure out how to climb out and we didn't want him to hurt himself. If you have a baby turtle or small fish tank this would work great for you. Anything bigger than that though this really won't help much, so check the dimensions and think about what kind of strength you need for your pet.
