This tulle skirt is awesome. The material of the tulle is not scratchy but is soft and the color is beautiful. I expected an odor when opening the package but there wasn't any! The waistband is a flat band of elastic, which is much preferred over the single string elastic covered in satin that you see on so many "tutus". It fit just as expected and washed amazingly in a garment bag and put to hang dry. This will be a well-worn skirt by our kindergartner.

This tutu is absolutely adorable and made my little one light up with joy. The layers of tulle are soft and fluffy, giving it the perfect amount of bounce for twirling and dancing. It fit my 3-year-old beautifully, with just the right amount of stretch for comfort. She wore it for a birthday party and didn’t want to take it off because she felt like a little princess. The colors are vibrant, and the quality holds up well even after lots of play. It’s a wonderful piece for dress-up, special occasions, or just adding a bit of magic to an ordinary day.I’m

I gave this tutu 3 stars because its very small, the age range says 3 to 10, there is no way it would fit a 10 yr old. I got it for my daughter to wear as part of a costume but it was extremely tight. I put it on my 2 yr old toddler and it fit perfectly. Other then the size, its a nice tutu. The color is bright and vibrant. The elastic waistband keeps in place without slipping on and off. If washing, I suggest to put in a mesh bag so it doesn't get torn or ruined. I recommend this nice product product for toddlers.
