I’ve tried everything, including all of the troubleshooting recommendations from the manufacturer, and I cannot get the device to connect. It has power and the light is blinking, but it will not connect.

If you order this I recommend moving it by the door you have the lock setup on. Doing that makes it easier to connect bluetooth and you don’t have to wait so long for it to unlock your door.

I bought this to pair with my fingerprint doorknob lock and so far it works great. Paired with the Tuya app with no issue. Setup was a snap. It allows me to connect to my doorknob lock without having to be physically next to it connected via BT. I can connect to my doorknob from within my house, to anywhere in the world, as long as I have Internet access. I plan to buy a couple more doorknob locks and I expect them all to be accessible using this smart hub.

i have to 2 internet connections at home one for just in the house an a TP Link Omada setup outside for mesh. that said i used 2 of these to seperate the indoor/outdoor locks. no issues so far. sometimes its slow to pick up locks but it usually work within a few seconds..maybe a slow server..all in all i give it a 9 out of 10

Bought this because 3 of my smart door locks doesn't have WiFi. And I wanted to be able check the status or let someone in, while I'm away. This gateway works on all 3 of my door locks via Bluetooth and I can connect to the gateway via WiFi to control the 3 door locks. I've had it a few weeks now, with no problems.

Had a fear these units would have sporadic disconnections but so far so good, it works as intended, always have access remotely to my smart lock. Make sure they are compatible with yours
