After only a few months use and storage (in our house) during the summer this cover was not on for more than a week when it ripped right through the material. Not even on the seam. This product is total junk! It is not "heavy duty" nor is it "weather resistant."When I contacted Amazon with a complaint, they told me that the seller would respond in 72 hours; however, it has now been over a week with no resolution. The seller has no telephone number, which suggests that they know their products are total junk, so as to make it as difficult as possible for customers with warranty claims to communicate with them.Very unhappy with this purchase and with this seller (and Amazon for knowingly allowing this seller to continue to sell defective products on its site).

This cover was amazingly easy to put on and take off of my large patio set. Even with arthritic hands, I was easily able to fold it into the storage bag (provided) in a matter of minutes.Since it covers the set to within an inch or two of the ground, it protects from random leaves as well as rain. I’ll likely replace the cinch cord at the bottom with a sturdier paracord however, I wouldn’t expect that to be necessary for several years.The only drawback is that the light colored top shows dirt and staining (from autumn leaves). Easily solved with a gentle soap. Not enough to prevent me from purchasing other covers or recommending. Overall- very pleased.

Protected my outdoor fabric furniture and fireplace last couple of years, had to replace it this year because the extreme wind tore the fabric. Was able to quickly get the same one with replacement. Reasonable price.
