These are perfect for spice bags in soup pots for large quantities. It's sturdy and made of cotton, and hasn't let me down yet. I love it, simple to use and seems very strong, nice thick pouches with drawstring. Value for the money is on point.

I used these for my herbal bath bags and they were the perfect size. they would be perfect for brewing a larger batch of tea. the mesh is perfectly thin and there was no leakage. great value, and I had no quality issues with any of the bags.

These little cheesecloth tea bags are the best invention since sliced bread. They are truly re-usable. Perfect size, whether making a cup or a pot of tea, super strong bad and strings. All cotton, so you taste nothing except the tea. And, you can empty them, wash them, and use them again. I’ve used mine three and four times before tossing them in the compost and then only because I say to myself, how cheap should one person be?!

I got these bags to use for tea after learning about micro plastics in store bought teabags. These work great. I am still working through my store bought tea in teabags but that is easily remedied. I put the store teabag on a cutting board and slice it with a pairing knife. Empty the tea into my new cloth teabag and voila. Ready to go. Brew my tea. Empty it after using. Rinse it inside and out. Squeeze in a dish towel to remove excess water and leave it to dry for the next cup. A great little bag. No opening seams and drawstrings work great. Knot the drawstrings together so they don't slip inside.

I am a huge tea person, and prefer loose-leaf teas to the utter crap that gets put into pre-packaged tea bags, many of which are made with microplastics thus rendering them non-biodegradeable, and almost all have elements that are non-biodegradeable AND non-compostable. As an environmentally minded person, the big benefit to loose tea is that it's 100% compostable (and really helps rejuvenate soils!, and by using the Tuzazo cotton linen bags I can simply rinse, hand wash (I put them in an old, clean butter container inside out, and shake them in cold water, vinegar, and dish soap after they've been thoroughly rinsed of any tea leaf bits), then hang them inside out on a line I set up in my laundry room. They bags of course pick of the colourings of the teas you use, but this is normal and if it bothers you a touch of bleach won't harm anything, provided you rinse THOUROUGHLY to remove the bleach. You don't really want to run these through the washing machine, and laundry soap, softeners, and other laundry products are not food-safe, and always use cold water or they will shrink on you. I also suggest tying a small roll-knot in the end of each string to prevent the cords unravelling. These are a finer weave than cheesecloth, yet sturdier, so you're not ending up with tea sediment in your cup, and the bags hold up very well. The small size is excellent for tea, and allows enough room for the leaves to bloom in the bag so you get a nice full profile. 100% recommend them, and they come in a variety of sizes (we have some of all) which are useful for brewing large gallon batches of iced tea, or adding herbs or smaller bones to soups and stocks so you can get the fresh flavours and meaty fats and health benefits without having to fish everything back out at the end.

These are exactly what you need for infusing herbs, whole spices, ground spices, and teas in hot or cold water. They are sturdy. They do not leak. They leave no taste in the water. They are sufficiently close weave to infuse any but the most finely ground powders. They have little strings you can lay over the lip of the cup to pull the whole shebang out. They can be used several times to infuse the same herbs into different pots or cups.I suppose you could empty out the herbs and reuse the bags, but I discard them instead since they are really cheap.I suspect they could be used for storing beads or paper clips or suchlike, but you probably need more sturdy bags for that.
