I purchased this to check oven temp at 350 deg. Within 1deg accuracy of 2 other digital thermometers. Would purchase again. Not a lot of money and works quite well. If you treat it right it will last.

Compared to another probe, this one reads a few degrees low. Fairly certain the other one is correct. But was close enough to work.

Well, they read about -3F from actual 32F, but overall not bad. The end tip does not appear to be sealed, so not recommended you submerge them in liquid. I did remove the connector clamshell to verify the wires were tight in the screws, they needed a smidge of tightening. The connector fits my General Tools meter just fine. Overall not bad, but definitely not precision stuff. FYI, the connectors are not std mini connectors, so beware. As example, they will not fit into the frame of a Fieldpiece ST4.
