Absolutely love this bed. Been wanting a bed like this and this is much v more affordable than what I’ve seen in the past - about 1/4 of the price or less even than local stores. The vibrating/massage feature is relaxing after a stressful work day, especially if you or a family member has a sensory processing issue, this can really help. The nightlight under the bed is awesome. And the remote has a flashlight at the end. Multiple settings you can customize. The tv, lounge, and zero gravity settings are all great. I love this bed! Only thing I wished I would have gotten a memory foam mattress instead of a hybrid, but that has nothing to do with the bed.

The adjustable part of it is great and I love it, but the massager is poor quality and just shakes basically.

This bed was delivered on time like it was supposed to be which was great!! Easy to put together, you could do it alone but two people is WAY easier.The bed functions perfectly, everything seems heavy enough and I’m not a light fella….massage feature works well but it is kinda noisy and basically just vibrations, I would NOT call it a massage feature…If you are looking for a split king this is exactly it and it is gonna leave a gap in the center if you don’t tie it together. We have a rug under it and still a gap we have a king sheet over both beds…still a gap, if you don’t want a gap between you and your mate..THIS IS NOT FOR YOU….

I am a quadriplegic who purchased this bed as a gift from my mother. My mom is a faithful amazon customer, but Amazon has proven to be incapable of assuring that the inventory on their site is quality. Seven months into having this bed the plastic rubber motor covers broke at the corners causing the motors to hit the floor. In good faith I replaced the covers myself. Two months later the motor on one of the split king's twin beds went out completely. The bed is just now one year old and the motor and accessories have totally failed. Amazon reached out to the seller on my behalf only to tell me that the seller is not to be contacted but to contact the manufacturer directly through email. I did so but to no avail. Emails are unanswered. The bed should be under warranty but that warranted cannot be located if you cannot reach the manufacturer to discuss. I am disappointed in Amazon's customer service and their inability to assist me in getting what I paid for. I wanted a replacement or a repair. My days of leaning on Amazon for anything are over. They lost a good customer.

I like this although it is not the best for side sleepers. I bought this for the snore feature which works for me. But the foot elevation does not work for me as a side sleeper. It is quiet and smooth when used. The massage feature is nice and you can select upper or lower body massage

We purchased 2 XL Twins several months ago. The bed frames are working fine and we love them. Set up was quick and easy. Vibration massage works well but, depending on setting, can be a bit noisy. That said, it's a great feature that actually works quite well!Wireless remotes work well and offer good control over the beds features. We only wish we wouldhave bought these years ago!

Loved this purchase. Easy to assemble. Be patient if only gets delivered. The second one will come but may not on same day.
