This review was conducted using a Fluke 76 True RMS Multimeter, MB-106 Circuit-Test breadboard and digital calipre accurate to 0.001Inches. All eight pieces were received within the specified shipping range and measured to less than 5% resistance tolerance, which is fine for hobby applications. Although not specified, the operation was linear as opposed to logarithmic, and most customers would expect linear. The dial movement was smooth and settings did not drift unduly over time. All pin diameters measured in the range of 0.48mm to 0.51mm which is ideal for use with breadboards and insertion tests verified that all fit snuggly with the expected force for insertion and removal. The pin interval spacing was unmeasured but insertion tests were consistant with o.1Inch which is also ideal for use with breadboards. Unfortunately, the plastic storage container was omitted for this product. In summary, this product is a cost effective, reasonably well made product for the hobbiest and recommended but falls short of a perfect score due to the missing container.

The knobs on these pots work better than I expected them to work. I didn't like that they came in 6-packs with 3 different values. I needed 5 pots, but three of the same value, so I had to buy 2 packs.
