A nicely-made water-resistant bag with a small amount of padding between its inner and outer layers that helps to protect your portable music stand or whatever else you might want to carry in it.In my case, I'm using it to protect my 24" Apple iMac when I hand carry it to a location. I just add a couple pieces of foam to give the screen some extra protection and let the iMac's base stick out of the top of the bag.
