I recently replaced the blower assembly in my Honda Civic with the TYC 700194 Replacement Blower Assembly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Here’s why I’m giving this product a solid 5-star review:1. Seamless Fit and Easy Installation:This blower assembly fits my 2012 Honda Civic perfectly! I had no issues getting it installed—thanks to the precise design and easy-to-follow instructions. It took me only about 30 minutes to replace the old blower, and everything lined up exactly as it should. No modifications or extra tools were needed, which made the entire process a breeze.2. Restored Full Heating & Cooling Power:Since installing this blower assembly, my car's heating and cooling system has been working like new. The airflow is strong and consistent, and I can feel the difference when I turn on the AC or heat. The blower now operates quietly and efficiently, restoring comfort in my car during all weather conditions.3. Reliable Quality:The build quality of this blower assembly is top-notch. It feels solid and well-made, and I trust that it’ll last for a long time. TYC is known for producing high-quality replacement parts, and this blower assembly certainly lives up to that reputation. It's been running smoothly without any strange noises or issues since installation.4. Great Value for the Price:Given the quality and fitment, this replacement blower assembly is an excellent value. It’s much more affordable than getting a part from the dealership or a repair shop, and the performance is just as good, if not better. I saved both money and time with this DIY fix!5. Quiet Operation:One of the first things I noticed after installing the TYC blower assembly is how quiet it runs. My old blower was loud and made strange noises whenever I used it. The new one operates silently, which makes a noticeable improvement in the overall driving experience.6. Durable & Long-Lasting:The material and components of the blower assembly appear to be made for durability. I have no doubt that this part will continue to perform for years to come, even with frequent use. It’s built to withstand the wear and tear of daily driving, ensuring that I won’t have to replace it anytime soon.Final Thoughts:The TYC 700194 Honda Civic Replacement Blower Assembly is an excellent choice for anyone needing to replace the blower in their Civic. It’s affordable, high-quality, and works exactly as expected. I’m thrilled with the results and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable replacement part for their car.💯 Highly recommended – great product and perfect fit for Honda Civic owners!

2008 Civic EX coupe, Consumer reports rates this car very high in all areas except for the climate system which earned a big black ball and I think the stock blower is the reason why. I can’t believe I went 10 months with my fan working one week and not the next. Virtually alternating weeks and it was frustrating. Maybe it was the resistor, maybe the connection, maybe the fan. Don’t mess around, just buy this new complete assembly and get on with your life. Some reviewers say it takes 10-15 minutes to replace but it only takes 5 minutes. Now it is stronger and quieter than before. Easier than changing a bulb and solved the intermittent problem. Now it blasts heat and cold every time. PS if your fan makes a clicking sound, you probably have a twig, a pebble or a leaf in the blades or it’s rubbing on the air filter. remove the fan and clear it out. I feel stupid for not doing it sooner. This is a definite upgrade over stock, do it now, stop messing around, trust me.

My Jeep Wrangler is a 2008 and suddenly last winter, the blower motor starts shrieking like a banshee. I looked around for a replacement. I shopped at the dealer where they wanted over $100 for this part. Amazon to the rescue. I ordered this (after doing a little research on the manufacturer TYC and checking other reviews) and not only saved over 50% on the cost, but now I don't need to worry about my heater/ac blower suddenly shrieking again or going out completely. Good product, easy to install and fantastic price!UPDATE:I have had this item for a few months now and it works just fine. In fact, I think it moves more air than the original equipment blower assembly. It is also very quiet. Great price, great product.UPDATE #2:Maybe the Honda's original equipment motor blows like a hurricane and that's why some Honda owners don't like the output of this item. This motor, in my Jeep Wrangler, puts out much more air than the original, and quietly. Still impressed with this product!UPDATE #3:I have had this motor for almost 3 years now and it still works beautifully! Easy to install and much better than the original. I use it a lot too, living in Anchorage - all winter long! If you have a Jeep JK and are looking to replace the blower motor, this is the one!

I have a 2006 civic LX (Canada-made). My blower was making noise and then finally quit altogether. So I changed it out. I know some people posted they had a 10 mm or phillips screws holding it in (on youtube), but in my case they were unusual star-type security screws. Luckily a torx bit fit in almost right and since these are not very tight it worked fine (could not make a phillips work but I think a very small hex -- much smaller than 10 mm - might have fix around the outside of them as well). Something to keep in mind. Other than the unusual screws this was a very easy job. You just unsnap a large plastic baffle that is under the glove box and then this thing is facing straight up. Undo the connector, unscrew the three screws, put the new one in, screw the three screws, redo the connector. Like 15 minutes. The TYC item works great and in my case is quieter than the Honda unit even when it was new. I was surprised the Honda unit had quite a bit of rust in the center, but this car has been a bit of lemon for me anyway, so at least this was a cheap fix.
