This unit fit perfectly in my F350 2004 evaporator casing, but be aware that it has a design defect, in the flange of the high side of the tube it is19mm in diameter it is suppose to be 18mm. I did use a Dremel to reduce it to 18mm, also the distance of the AC Orifice tube location is off by 2mm. It needs to be modified to make work, I just cut the two little ears that lock it.The evaporator It is working now but don't know for how long before the Orifice move out.It took me 6 hour's to replace just the evaporator in the truck. I hate to think that I might heed to do it again very soon in the future 😞.
