I'm not sure about quality control on this product. This is my second batch. First one was fine but this batch is awful. I am wasting nearly half of the rings because they are sticking together in the pliers. Not only does this mean twice as many are being used but alot of times when this happens it doesn't do the job and another ring needs to go on. I'd like to say that this is just an infrequent occurance but it happens about 20-30% of the time. It's more work and wasted rings. Which means I'll likely need to reorder.

You have to make sure you get the right angle to get the crimp completely closed but love how much more secure it made my bunnies cage. The only bad part is that to store it I like to have it closed so I have to waste a crimp. Overall I recommend this product.

My husband thought that I bought another crazy gadget. When we used it to connect the fencing around my garden he thought it was a great tool. So he is now very happy that I bought it. I wish there was a little bit more instructions with the box that it came in.

Soft metal. The channel for loading was bent. The spring was bent. The clips were separated and spilled in the box. Returned item.
