Had an issue with my keyboard, the company reached out and offered solutions and when that wasn’t working they sent a replacement! Works beautifully, love the keyboard.

Overall this is a great keyboard case. It’s super sturdy and protective when closed. The keyboard is easy to use, types easy, and color settings are fun. Two complaints: It’s heavy. It adds a lot of weight to an already heavy iPad. Two, I find that sometimes the communication between the keyboard and the iPad glitch and cause things to freeze up or do wonky things. But overall, a good purchase.

I have to say that I was impress with this keyboard. It is comfortable and the mousepad works find. The only issue is that the Ipad is heavier than my laptop. I like that the keyboard changes colors, make it more fun.

The box the case came in was covered in mold and smelled aweful. Could not believe it was packaged and sent to me that way. Taped the box up right away and sent it back!

I bought the carbon Fiber case and I love it. It is a great solid build. The keyboard key action is great. The touch pad is a great addition as well. To select you click the right lower corner of touch pad. The on off IPad function works very well. The magnetic iPad attachment is very strong. The adjustable tilting screen is very rigid and precise. I was afraid it would be flimsy, but it is not. I labored over the decision of which keyboard case to buy, but I am so glad I chose this one. I love it. The Amazon Truck delivery was excellent. So glad we now have Amazon delivery in our area.
