It technically works, but it is junk.Only uses built in mic, not the blue tooth mic, that can hear every button press you make. Not great experience for my friends.Playing alone, there's a noticeable lag and, depending upon the headset used, sometimes delay in one side. LThe adapter is only held in by the aux plug, which is not sufficient. The slightest bump can dislodge the adapter. Sometimes it just has a static burst through the headset (and party chat). Other times, I lose some function and have to pittle with it.Every other adapter I've ever seen attaches to the larger, sturdy port in the center.This is going in the garbage as soon as I have an alternative.

I bought this product because I really liked the Bluetooth Razer headphones that I used for my computer, the only problem is they didn't connect to my Xbox for gaming. this insert plugs right into the controller, I turn it on and it just automatically connects to any headphones I put into pairing mode; plus it only needs to pair once so it's quick and easy. It saved me a lot of money on buying specific headphones for gaming, plus you recharge it, so no more replacing batteries.

This item really works amazing ignore all the negative comments it really does work with the xbox one all you need to do is plug in the adapter on to your controller and sync it with any BLUETOOTH HEADSET!!!!! DONT PLUG THE BLUETOOTH ADAPTER THAT COMES WITH THE HEADSET IT WILL CONFUSE THE SYNCING PROGRESS WITH YOUR CONTROLLER ADAPTER FOR THE XBOX ONE THIS PRODUCT WORKS great!!!!! 100% Worth the money to upgrade your old CONSOLE side note their is a tiny feed back to the audio on the Bluetooth adapter it wont let you use the mic Bluetooth on the head set but thats because the mic overrides on the Bluetooth adapter !! But still works the money if your looking to upgrade your xbox one!!

It snaps on to the bottom of the controller. Labeled for Xbox one but worked with my series x. It does not come charged so it needs to be charged before you use it (charger included in box). The latency lag is not the best but it is not horrible in my case. Even with max volume, the audio from my gaming chair was quieter than I expected (likely because it is meant for headphones). If you buy this adapter, be aware of some latency and quiet sound.

This thing does not work. If you're looking to use this to connect Bluetooth to Xbox, this is not the option to use. Doesn't work with anything I tried to connect. Couldn't even plug a headset into it. The only thing this did is make a light blink and weigh my controller down.
