works great. I didn’t think it would be long enough to get far away from the wall in a standard 25y pool (and was thinking about adding additional bungee cords) but I was wrong, with someone swimming vigorously you can get to the pool’s midpoint (12-15y). Good for working on power in short bursts. Can also use it for endurance training in a small pool to avoid having to turn and turn and turn.

I bought this swim belt several months ago, The belt and bungee cord work really well and as described. I use it in my small inground pool and get a good workout swimming and jogging.I had an issue with the bungee cord several months after I bought the belt. The seller listened to my problem and solved it with a replacement. Great customer service!!!

I have an above ground pool. It works great so you don’t swim 5 feet and have to turn around. Set up was easy.

After watching the Olympics, I was inspired to get back into swimming, but I’m limited to a backyard pool that’s nowhere near Olympic size. This swim tether has been a game-changer! It does everything it promises, and the waistband is surprisingly comfortable. It’s allowed me to get all my laps in without needing a large pool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to maximize their swim workouts at home!

This product was/ is a good idea. Also makes you want to use it excruciating tone you see it because it accrual works.Would have given more stars but the elastic resistance band melted after only having it for 2 weeks.

This trainer worked exactly as advertised. I'm not a great swimmer but this product really helps me to practice. I'm 75. I was able to anchor it to my pool umbrella and swim perfectly. As stated in another review, it feels almost like you're swimming against a water flow. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with the product. Yes, I don't expect the plastic clips to last forever, but if you are looking for an inexpensive trainer, this is it.

I have a large in-ground pool but it still takes all the fun out of swimming laps when you have to keep turning around. However, I hooked this to my patio umbrella base which is concrete, wrap tether around waist, jump in pool, put mask/snorkel on and off I go! It actually feels like your swimming distance not in place. The rubber cord that connects to your waist is bungee like so you never feel it tugging on you!. My apple watch says I am burning more calories than I do when I cycle at the gym. Have already recommended to my co-workers!!!

Use to tether in swimming pool. I swim predominantly breast stroke or back stroke. I generally use 45 minutes to an hour 5x week and wear a mask and snorkel. It’s not as functional for the crawl or flutter kicking due to bungee cord position. No problems with the attachments, belt, or cord. The belt is comfortable. Reasonably priced and I anticipate I will need to replace sometime in the next few season as the chlorine exposure is significant.

i dont use the rubber bit as i already have a line setup however the belt is great and makes it a little more ergomonic
