My remote control does not work.

It’s a little hard to figure out, but it does the job. It’s not very responsive to the remote control, but it does eventually respond and you can use the buttons on the board too. The build quality feels excellent. I’m almost 300 pounds and it holds me no problem. It has different modes, but I haven’t been able to figure them out, so I just turn it on and puts the play button and climb on. I’d recommend this product.

Product is not the best. I know I spent a little less then $80, but to have to keep hitting buttons just to find how to get the program started is crazy to me. The remote does not work at all. This was my main reason for buying this particular product. The Pilates ball is so tiny. No happy with this product. Spend the extra $40 and get something a bit nicer.

Love it , went through most of the programs, very easy to use, I can really feel it working my muscles through out my body , grate size , not noisy like other workout machines.I recommend it 👍😊
Better than a Doc

I started by reading up on vibrational plates and how I should buy a $500 plus, for one. But when I dived deep, you actually should only get one that is basic. If it goes side to side or does special movements, you can sprain an ankle. So I looked for the cheapest, bought an extended warranty bc of the reviews, and this one was on sale for less than 90 dollars! Entire crew gets on it, first thing when they wake up, for ten minutes on the lowest settings. It will shake the stiffness out of my body, my arms, neck, etc. But you need to barely bend those knees. Bending them for real makes you feel like your doing squats and getting a low body workout. However, a slight bend let's the vibration go up to your head. Also, there are numerous reasons why you never sit or squat down on the plates. It can shake your upper body too hard. So again, lowest setting and ten minutes.

This vibration plate has never overheated or anything... I feel amazing i Jane so much energy and I am now working on abs.... as a mother of 4 is been a while since I have seen those... they are coming in nicely it has opened so much for my stubborn fat to finally drain away.... highly recommend
