Not the quality I expected. The metal parts are thin and don’t feel strong. Pay attention to the dimensions as the chairs are extremely low. Not good for a normal size person. I returned the chairs as soon as I received them. Could not return them using the Amazon return label. The manufacturer customer service was very helpful and responded immediately. When I purchased the item I used the coupon I was offered. Do not use the coupon if there is a possibility that you end up returning the item. The value of the coupon will not only be deducted from the original price but ALSO from the amount you will be refunded! In other words, you will have to pay back the amount of the coupon you used. The item was originally $300. With the $60 coupon, I paid $240. I expected to get my $240 refund less shipping cost. However I had to pay back the coupon I used, so my refund was calculated from $180. I shouldn’t have to pay a discount! Bad chairs, bad experience. I will not recommend buying this product. However, If you still want to buy these chairs the manufacturer sells the same product at Walmart for a lower price.

Like so many other reviews, the assembly of these chairs was not easy - the fabric had to be stretched and two people were needed to hold the frame in place while the bolts were screwed in. We ordered two sets of four chairs in each set. However, the biggest problem was that 32 long bolts were MISSING from the packaging. We sent a message to the seller (in China) and are now waiting for 6-10 days for the extra bolts to arrive so we can continue assembling the chairs. The good news is that we are very pleased with the chairs that have been put together. They are sturdy and the fabric is durable. We only wish we could order the little caps that fit on the bottom of the chairs.We had similar chairs in the past and as the little plastic caps wore off, the metal rusted, scratched and made marks on our patio.

Very happy with these chairs. Assembly is a little difficult. The tools supplied are not good enough to do the job without great difficulty. As you can see from the picture of the tools, the tools on the right are the ones that came with the chairs, they are small and very "light duty," they went bad after just a few screws. I switched to my professional tools, most importantly, my impact driver which allowed me to run in all the screws without stripping any out. Please follow the directions carefully, do not try to tighten the screws all the way on each side, you must tighten them slowly moving from one screw to another around the chair as you go. It takes a few minutes for the chair seat material to stretch out and relax. If you take your time, you'll be very happy with these chairs, and how comfortable they are. My wife is very picky about comfort, these chairs don't put pressure on the back of your legs (short legs) when you sit in them for a while, and they give very good back support. She's very happy.

The chairs are well made and easy to assemble. However, they do not stack as neatly as the photo appears. If that's not your primary concern, the chairs are a great value.

The chairs are great but one started giving us a problem 2 months later (after the return window closed) so I contacted UDPatio and they replaced ASAP.The chairs are easy to carry and fold nicely for easy storage. The fabric breathes so you don't make you sweat.

I was in the market for a folding chair for additional seating in our patio. This chair turned out to be the perfect fit. It features a sturdy, frame, comfortable fabric and it reclines. Some patrons advised that it’s not light. Absolutely correct, as this chair uses heavy duty materials. To me that means, better than average materials and construction. The fabric is thick, double stitched and boasts reinforced edge seams. I fully expect the generous seams to last quite a long time. The arm rests and seat is wide and comfortable and the seat back reclines far enough for comfort while preserving stability. I’m pleased with my purchase and recommend this for those looking for strong, comfortable and generous seating while offering the added benefit of compact fold away storage.Cheers!

Wasn't sure what to expect given the price and not seeing them / sitting in them ahead of time. Hoped for the best and went ahead. Wow! Very sturdy. Really comfortable. The arms sit a little higher than my previous chairs so they are perfect for taller people. Good back support - maybe because it's one continuous piece of fabric. The fabric itself it thick - not chintzy at all. Color is good. All in all, I highly recommend!
