It's a beautiful bracelet. You have to pull the two chains to tighten it and it doesn't stay tight so I am constantly having to tighten it which is a pain.

Bracelet is pretty but does not stay tight and falls off .. unless you are willing to replace holding mechanism yourself this is just unusable

This is the prettiest medic alert bracelet I own. The cubic zirconia are tiny and sparkly with a delicate, adjustable closure. It adjusts easily, and is comfortable to wear.

The bracelet was worn for 4 days and then snapped, useless item of very poor quality. As this item is intended for daily use it is not fit for purpose. Very disappointing

This Cute Customized Medical Alert ID Tag Bracelet, with a Pull-String Wristband with Rhinestones, arrived well-packaged and in good Condition in a small Clear Plastic Case. The Medalion is made from good Quality Material and looks durable. The Chain and attached Rhinestones look fragile and need to be treated with Care. But I like how they sparkle, including the Single Stones, attached at the End of the Chain. The Stones give this Bracelet an Elegant Look.The Case also included a small Velvet Bag that contained 2 additional Bracelets, each made with Red String and simple Tie for a Wristband and a small, dangling Wooden Heart from it that’s engraved with a Rose and the Word “Love” on both Sides. That was a nice Surprise. Overall, I really like this Medical Bracelet though the Rhinestones do get stuck in certain Fabrics sometimes.
