We were having a problem with algae because the factory ultra fine filter wasn't doing a complete job. This one does. It is harder to clean, but worth the extra effort of putting a brass power nozzle on the hose.

Highly recommend for vaccume dust in the bottom of the pool. It especially works on small debris and dust/dirt, which makes your pool very clean. Worth to buy one, use the regular filter for leaves and debris, and this one for small debris and dust.

Man, it’s way more tedious to clean out than previous mesh basket I had in there. Using a spray hose will clean out most debris but if you like me and wanna see it white before putting back in pool, be prepared to take in and scrub. Overall works great but the cleaning would be my only reason for removing a star

This was described to fit the dolphin e10, it did not fit mine. The lid would not close. It appeared that the white part on top was a little taller than it needed to be.

I bought this to pick up and trap smaller debris when using my Dolphin robot pool vac. This filter will trap very minute particles and does a more thorough job than the stock filter. I have 2 complaints #1 it is overly expensive for what it actually does. #2 the front and back sides are removable for cleaning, but the ends are not. It would be considerably easier to clean if all the panels were removable. Overall, a good product price point aside.

J’ai constaté une belle différence comparativement au filtre standard qui vient avec la balayeuse. Celui-ci ramasse le sable au fond de la piscine contrairement à l’autre qui récupère seulement les plus gros débris.

We only used this sand filter maybe 8 times and the plastic hinge on the bottom broke. Its useless and no way to contact anyone for a replacement.

water was always cloudy or a green tint, even with the water balanced. Tried the dolphin echo pool vacuum at the recommendation of the pool shop. Not much better results. I saw the extra fine filters online and decided to try them. WOW !! finally clear water

The product appears genuine but the screws used to keep the side filters in place are already rusty. Given it’s designed for a water environment this is poor and will make getting filters out difficult in time to come.Otherwise product as advertised.
