I ordered them to pla e some magazines that vary in age from 50 to iver a hundred years old. The quality is great and i am very pleased with them. The fitment is awsome for the newer ones but the very old ones are of a smaller format but they still are very well protected even though they are loose inside.

We sell a variety of vintage items and these were great for magazines as well as prints.

Works great to put my knit and crochet patterns in while I’m using them. They are protected and store nicely when project is completed.

I bought these to wrap my signed kpop albums and they work great. Only wish they would have been shipped in different packaging to prevent them from getting folded but for the price they're great!

Have been using Ultra Pro bags and boards for years through the comic shops I have done business with. Their products have always been solid and of high quality and would not recommend anything else. Pricing is just fine and purchased these on amazon since most comic shops I do business with do not regularly carry magazine sized product.

I bought these to package my 8.5x11" prints. The pack (of 100 bags/sleeves) cost only $5, which is a very good price (if you plan to order a bunch of other items to qualify for free shipping)! If I were to order 8.5x11" plastic sleeves (without any flaps) elsewhere, it would have cost me $4.40 per box of 100 sleeves, with a minimum order of 4 boxes, plus the cost of shipping. If you're like me who didn't need 4+ boxes, then this is a good deal.Due to the cheap price, I was a bit weary thinking the seams on the sleeves would break, but they actually held up! They're not as thick/sturdy as the sleeves I've gotten at the local comic book store (Max Protection brand), but they do the job. Though keep in mind that I use these sleeves to store photo prints and not something as thick and heavy as magazines. Also, the product image and item description for this listing don't match up. The product IMAGE says "stores magazines up to 8 3/4" x 11"" but that's not true (an 8 3/4" wide print will not fit into these sleeves). The item description is more correct, "stores magazines up to 8 5/8" x 10 15/16"," and matches up with the packaging that I received in the mail (see photo). The bags are exactly 8 11/16" x 12 1/2" (that includes the flap. The flap alone is 1 1/2 inch).

I purchased these bags with the Ultra Pro Magazine Size Boards, and they are perfect! I'm trying to save a few bucks when packaging my photography prints to sell.... some of the prices on supplies for photography print packaging are outrageous! Granted these bags didn't have a fancy adhesive strip, so I had to use a sticker to keep it closed (which wasn't a problem for me because I have stickers with my name and the photo location etc that I would place on the back of the photo anyway; also, I have always found the adhesive strips to catch on my photo and practically ruin the gloss finish when trying to package). But if you don't have stickers or tape, I'm sure you could fold the flap in and it would work just as well. I've used these bags for other things also, because they work great as general protective sleeves. If you are like me and your looking to save a little and still put together professional looking prints to sell, but these bags (with the magazine boards) and call it a day. It is well worth the price, great value and quality, and I'm definitely a repeat customer.

I purchased these along with the Ultra Pro magazine-size backing boards. Just what the doctor ordered for protecting my collectible magazines like the Star Trek, Beatles, Steve Jobs and George Harrison specials, among others. I also use these for placing my packing slips into when shipping comic books. It makes for a much more professional presentation than just folding it up and cramming it in the envelope. First impressions are the ones that are remembered most! They're just a few cents each, so it does not eat into my bottom line that much. I tape the bagged and boarded comic books to the back side of the backing board, which ensures that they will stay clear of the edges and corners of the envelope. The packing slip faces front (no pun intended, Marvelites!) inside the bag. This assembly then gets sandwiched in-between two sheets of corrugated cardboard for rigid protection before being placed inside the Kraft envelopes.Item arrived quickly and undamaged. So far, I have not had any problems with poor fit with the boards or bags splitting. If I do, I will revise this review.

These bags are perfect for properly archiving small to medium sized magazines/documents or improperly archiving larger magazines. Once these bags have a board in them, there is not enough space for a large sized magazine to fit without splitting the bag or bending the mag. Smaller magazines fit well and look great at a nice price. The bags do not have sealer, but a flap that can be taped, etc.The bags are a little bit on the thin side, so if you're looking to protect something of real value look elsewhere.

I know the biggest fear I had in ordering these bags was if they were going to work for what I wanted them for. I'd hate to buy these and find out they're too small. These bags are for normal magazines. (The picture makes it look like they're for comic books, but they're way too big for normal comics.) These fit my old Nintendo Power, GamePro, and big/fat issues of EGM. But, extra wide magazines like GameInformer DON'T fit in these bags. Now, I may have said these aren't for comic books, but I actually use these to sleeve my various Trade Paperbacks of comics. Since they're made for magazines, which are wider and taller than comics, it allows room to expand. Usually, I can keep two TPBs in every magazine bag. Then, all you gotta do is fold them a little on the side to make a tight fit. But, not those Deluxe Edition Hardcovers, if you want to store those you need the Playboy Sized bags. These are not self-sealing bags, you'll need a bit of tape to keep it closed. Self-sealing bags might be better if you plan on bagging your mags then storing them and not reading them. Because, if you're going to be reading them, the glue on the self-sealing bags makes getting these mags in and out very annoying.Still, 100 Sleeves for less than $10 is a great bargain, and now I know for certain which bags to buy when I need more.
