Item was damage, cable that goes to the battery was detached. Didn't work. I threw in the trash,. Not happy at all!!

Item arrived without a box & without instructions! I don’t know what the I and II buttons are supposed to do and if they are only for the flashlight feature. The sound is inaudible, although I think my dog can hear it.Would be nice to know how to operate the device. Not sure if I will keep it.

It works for my 12 pound Maltipoo! After just using it a couple of times she stops even when I act like I’m going to use it. It doesn’t seem to hurt her ears or anything though.

We have tried so many different bark collars over the years. We’ve probably spent hundreds of dollars, but none of them worked for our barker. She’s perfect in every way… but the barking, the neighbors were not too happy about it. We’ve been using this now for about a year and she stops immediately. I even take it when I walk her because she’s so big and strong she could chase something and pull me down. I never need to use it, she just sees it and behaves perfectly. I would definitely recommend this to help with barking, and training your dog to stop any naughty behaviors.

Cannot give proper review as unit was defective. Unit had bad connection resulting in intermittin service. Unit was returned for credit. Appeared to be poorly made.
