I ordered it new but this came in clearly used. The external box wasn’t taped or sealed and had what looked like a blood smear. The heating pad was shoved to the bottom of the box with its bag and twist tie laying on top. When I pulled it out, the heating pad itself was COVERED in cat hair. So disappointed. I couldn’t risk brining fleas or something into my house

I got this for my cat as she'd be left in the office overnight and it can get a bit cold. She used it for 2 weeks then has been avoiding it since. I think the lowest heat setting is still too warm for her.But the product works great and the auto heat sensor works perfectly.

This is a great product , it only heats up when the cat is on it , it’s sensor touch , and when our cat is off it it cools down , great value for money , our cat loves it 🐈⬛ too .

This might work to good. It's great for our kitties if we keep on low, they seem to like it. Maybe in colder areas than Alabama it would need to be turned up. However our two kitties seem to like it best on low, but they do have really thick long hair. Great product, Molly and Rusty give it Four Paws Up.

The pressure activation is quite sensitive. Even young kittens would be able to turn it on I would guess (not that I tried). Instructions are easy to follow, unlike others that I’ve seen. Very happy!

I have two adopted feral cats. They are now full time inside cats. Best cats ever!This product works great for our inside cats bedding. It tends to get to warm on the highest setting for inside cats so I suggest you use the lowest setting. We adjusted the control to work only when they were laying on it. I also suggest placing their favorite plush blanket over it inside their bed. We put it in their existing oblong cat beds and with the blanket over it, they love it. I purchased one and when they both wanted to use the same bed with the heat, well I had to buy another so they could both have snuggly warm beds each. You will not be disappointed. Nor will your cat!! I bet dogs would love this too!

I received kitty’s new heading pad yesterday and upon unboxing my impressions were mixed. The fabric was soft but then moved it made a crunching sound. I proceeded to plug in and set to “auto”. Kitty immediately went to investigate and got on top of the heating pad (more crunching sounds). Soon he laid down as went to sleep. A few hours later I checked the pad and it was nice and warm.Later Kitty left the comfort of his warm bed to go elsewhere. About a hour later I checked the heading pad and it still felt warm? This makes me think that “auto on/off” is not working. I’ll check some more over the next few days but as of right now I’m a bit disappointed.

From the smart box it arrives in, to the soft fleece cover with a non-slip rubberised underneath, to the little digital controller, this has really impressed me.You can either run it on manual on your chosen heat level (3 levels) for a set time between 1 and 12 hours, or you can set it to Auto on your chosen heat level. On Auto, no power is wasted as it only activates when it senses weight on the pad. You can replicate this with your hand and see the sunshine symbol appear in the digital display to show it has activated.I've used a few heat pads with my pets over the years and this is by far and away the best functioning and best value for money one I've every had. It is excellent! An easy 5 stars

Nice idea and concept. My pregnant Sphynx loved it. Now with her babies, it's keeping them all warm. We put a blanket on top of it. The Daddy Sphynx does like it (he has his own), and he slept on it with thin blanket over the top for a few days, but then he refused to sit on it. We don't know what changed. He is a finicky guy. It is Great and not too warm, and you can adjust the time, make it automatic, and the cord is longer than most. It feels durable and functions as described. Great value for the money and for what we need it for.
