I was shocked at how good of quality this green light is, when I first picked it up the weight surprised me, but when you open it and look at how well it is built, the weight starts to make sense. I have used it one night so far and while the bite did not pick up, it is still early spring, so I don't blame that on the light. The simple fact is this is bright, it does not drain the battery (I used a kayak battery) and it shines like it needs to. I have no doubt this will last for many years of fishing and it is likely cheaper than what you can build a quality light for yourself. Pick it up, use it, you won't be disappointed.

I haven't used this out on the water per say but I have tested it in our pond. This thing puts out some serious light and will definitely work well for drawing the fish in closer. The overall construction is different than another light I have, this one seems to be made better. It has a hollow design which should aid in cooling which in turn will keep the light working longer. The biggest issue I have seen with these lights is the amount of heat that they put off. They are meant to be used in the water and not out or partially submerged. By following these simple pointers it should make the light have a longer life. I was surprised at the light radius this thing throws. I am so ready to take it out in some deeper water and see what shows up.

I love it. Throw this in the water and watch the fish come. This attracts fish like nothing I’ve ever seen. It’s easy to use. Works as it should. Every angler needs one of these lights. Highly recommend. Worth every penny. Great gift idea.

This light puts off an intense green light for 360 degrees around it. we have a canal that is about 50ft wide and 8 ft deep in the middle. our tubidity ( cloudiness) is up so you cant see much clearly but it glowed from side to side of the canal. I can't wait to get this into some deep clear water. The instructions are specific that it must be run under water or it will burn out. and with the light it produces I can see why even though it is merely 12 volt. . IF I had to find a room for improvement it would be to have a way of dimming or having 1/2 or 1/4 of the leds light . then it could be used both in smaller ares like ours and still have the full power available when its appropriate .

This light is a beast! You get every bit of what you pay for. Great design , very durable, long cable plus two choices of connection. 12v lighter or alligator clamps get your new light powered up. When you plug this light in its best not to be looking directly at it, this thing is bright! The light design is awesome as the middle of the light is hollow so water will flow through the light cooling it and keeping it from floating. This light is not simply LEDs wrapped around a cylinder, this is a cylindrical printed LED board that looks high tech! I can't wait to use it!
