The mop head is fine- this was a replacement for one I’ve had for years. However, this one arrived unpackaged/loose in a big box (could have easily shipped in an envelope) and dirty on one end. Looks to me like I was sent a used one that had been returned. These mop heads are too pricey for that to be the case. While the order said Unger, the label listed Everyday Goods as the shipper.
