Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses; shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses are not available. Our shipping services are limited to domestic orders, and we do not offer international shipping at this time. Typically, our packages are delivered to your doorstep within 2-6 days. Return Policy:
- We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is not as described.
- To process a return, the item is REQUIRED to come in its original packaging. Additionally, please us with the shipping tracking number and a specific reason for the return.

The side walls by the stairs and the end wall by the slide are short and we are concerned that out 15 month old could fall over. Is there anyway to add to the height of these pieces? This item seems to be made well.
