My 4-year-old granddaughter loves this backpack and always wants to show it off. I appreciate that it allows me to keep a spare set of clothes, her boots, and her helmet all in one place. However, the main issue is that you have to remove the helmet to access the items inside the bag, as the helmet's bulk compresses the backpack. It would be much better if the design were reinforced to make accessing the compartments easier when the helmet is attached. Additionally, I find it a bit pricey for what you get.

My daughter uses this for horseback riding lessons. She stores her helmet, boots, clothes, sandals, and gloves in here easily with a ton of extra space. It's cute and fashionable, too!

The product is fine it's he return policy that is unacceptable. They use Amazon to sell their products but to return anything they use UPS and make the customer pay the cost and find a drop off point; if you can. Amazon should not allow this underhanded practice.

This was the only equestrian gear backpack that I could find that was made for kids. There were several adult backpacks that I thought were better quality for the same price as this one, but I knew she would want to carry it herself and I was afraid the adult size would be too much for her to handle at this age. She was so excited to get this bag especially since it has pink and purple on it and I will say it is a cute bag. It is good size for a younger rider (she will be 6 in a few months) and the large pockets are nice and deep. The zippers seem good, but I will admit that for the price I would expect a little better quality zippers, though the bag itself seems good quality and durable. She hasn't used it yet, but it looks like it will be plenty big enough for her gear...paddock boots, gloves, half chaps, change of clothes, helmet, etc. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars b/c I think the zippers should have been better quality considering how expensive this bag is and I also think it's ridiculous that this bag is the same price as the larger adult bag.
