No wiring diagram or details of any sort packaged with the meter. Had it set up as just a voltmeter(positive to the + terminal and negative to the - terminal.) Worked for a minute to display voltage at 12v, but a little less than minute of 24v smoked the thing.

Not intuitive wiring. Load goes before the meter not after, as with most current meters.
