I’ve tried a few gun cleaning kits over the years, but this one is a winner so far. It’s well thought out, easy to use, and comes with everything you need to clean pistols, rifles, and shotguns. The case is well-organized, with a specific spot for every tool, so nothing gets lost or mixed up. The kit includes a wide range of brushes, jags, and mops that cover almost any caliber, which makes it super versatile. The wooden gun holder (2 pcs) is what really sets this kit apart. It holds the gun steady while you clean, which makes the whole process so much easier. Most kits don’t come with anything like this, and I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I used it. The stand is made of solid wood and feels very stable - not flimsy like some plastic stands I’ve tried before. Having a steady base makes brushing and cleaning a lot more effective. The quality of the tools is impressive. The rods, jags, and patch loops are all made of solid brass, which means they won’t bend or break under pressure. I’ve had other kits with aluminum rods that bent after a few uses, this kit feels much more durable. The rods thread together smoothly, and they don’t feel like they’ll strip over time. You get 14 bronze brushes, 13 brass jags, 9 cotton mops, and 4 brass slotted patch loops, so you’re covered for just about any firearm you own. It also includes three cleaning brushes (brass, iron, and nylon), which is great for handling different levels of buildup without damaging the barrel. The kit even comes with two empty bottles for oil or solvent, which is a nice touch. The case itself is tough and easy to carry, with lockable latch and rubberized anti slip handle. It measures approximately 13 x 17 inches - compact enough to store easily but large enough to hold everything securely. It closes tightly, so nothing shifts around when you move it. I also like how the rods and brushes sit neatly in their spots, making it easy to grab what you need without digging through a pile of tools. It’s convenient, well-made, and designed to last. It’s hard to find a kit that checks all the boxes I needed, but this one does. My verdict: A complete, well-organized kit that makes gun cleaning simple and efficient.
