I purchased a similar item (with a permanently attached handle) about 10 years ago. In the past couple of years it has lost 3 teeth. Despite that, it still works perfectly. However, I figured in time more teeth will fall out and it would become useless. But what really led me to this purchase was the power drill adapter. This makes an extremely useful tool even more useful.It's a no brainer to install and use. It's functionality is unlimited within its intended use. I highly recommend this gadget. You won't regret it...and you will use it more often than you 'd think.

The socket doesn't fit the nut tight. Moves wobbly on nut as it works on the nut or bolt. The extension is OK, but if your putting in a hex head screw, you need to push the extension down on the screw and hold the extension tight while the drill works or it will pop off the screw.I think I'll look at other extensions to finish my project.The quality is fine, but that doesn't help the fact that the pins inside the socket don't hold onto the nut your trying to tighten or loosen.

This socket maybe not so durable and not 100% fit any application. But for the money it's excellent, IMO. When you need to screw/unscrew something fast and you know it's limits it works fine. It's much more convenient to have one tool that fits many various light applications than fiddling with toolboxes full of single size dedicated sockets unless, of course, you need to do some tough job. I've used it several times and quite happy. It does what it should. A kind of disposable tool that can be replaced if necessary on cheap.
