Strap is broken after 3 months of use. I hope seller gets back to me. Some other threads have started to come apart as well. I am not satisfied with the qualify of this product. We enjoyed it while it lasted.

Backpack is compact not spacious enough for laptop and multiple books. We were looking for university paraphernalia for our student, although item appears durable, not large enough for college student. Durability will definitely depend on what the student plans to use backpack for.
