Definitely not stainless steel. It's cheap, flimsy metal. They aren't dishwasher safe. Destroyed in the top rack after one wash.

The ones I have come across in restaurants have had a felt strip running along the sweeper to help pick up and move crumbs. These are just bent pieces of metal. Do they work? Yes, but only on fabric surfaces. I have tried this on a wood desk and the scraping sound was enough to make your spine melt. This is great on table cloths, couches, car seats, etc. the aluminum is well shaped, and the edges aren't sharp. This MAY work on a flat hard surface, but it's up to your ears if you want to deal with that.

This is a set of thin metal crumb scrapers. These allow you to scrape crumbs off a surface without getting your hands dirty. These are effective for that purpose. The metal is thin, and it will easily bend. Under normal use, that should be ok. The curve helps to prevent some bending. The pocket clip isn't great, and I could see that falling off eventually. Overall these are ok, but they are very basic. Value is so so; they are just little metal pieces.

they work...but they are very thin and very easily bent. They were not very costly but they will not last very many uses.
