Choose because it was the only continuous lighting non-rotating while plugged in. It is quite heavy. I would say it is "lovely". Also has battery operation.

I wanted a lighted display stand for my small crystal angel. I wanted it to have a bright white light (no color changes) and no rotating base. This is exactly what I was looking for! And I like the clear base, too.

I love that this one is available in white light only - because the glass "fire" orb I have on it doesn't look good in any other color. I do have other pedestals in different shapes with multi-colors, but this circle design was the only one I could find with white light. Very happy with my purchase - makes for a beautiful décor accent piece.

When I bought this item the picture of it made it look like it can hold a crystal Ball. I was wrong! It was flat! So, I had to get it modified by a machine shop to hold the crystal ball and now its in my display case!Item Works great as a paper weight! But NOW it works even better displaying my crystal ball! It went from a useless item to a great item with a little modification!

One of my vices is collecting glass paperweights with laser etched figures within. With the brightness and colors, a nice way to show them off.

I bought this to display a round glass paperweight with my daughters ashes. It is so beautiful with the different colors illuminating from the base. It is a good value for the money too!

The sphere stand is nice, but somewhat misleading as it is a flat surface, so spheres cannot sit on it.
