This is the second pair of this type of bar I've bought. Sold by a diff company, but are the same bars. The first ones didn't survive a crash (not their fault). Much cheaper than the name brands or even some unknown other brands. Work just as well, gives me another position when riding long distances, and relieves wrist pain from riding on the hoods of my gravel bike bars.

Installed them on a Schwinn mountain bike, to learn how to ride with bars. The bars will change your position on the bike. More or less you need to learn how to steer the bike again. Try first with one hand, and then use your both hands. Did about 100 miles, but still working on learning how to ride the bars.It seems that they are only effective at higher speed.A good product to train for a real TT or triathlon bike, but they won't transform your bike in a racing one. Still, they added 2-3 miles to the max speed.

Not too difficult to install, fairly comfortable, and a huge boost to speed on flats and downhills.

Low quality, within the first couple of months of use the arm rests come loose ( the nut does not hold them tight enough). I had to add washers to get them to stay in place. The velcro on one of the pads has riped off the pad. Have to glue it on to keep it functional.Money better spent on other options.

These are not professional quality aero bars. That said for their price point they worked exactly as expected. The arm pads keptComing loose so I used an impact drill to tighten it down and these suckers seem reasonably solid. I’m using these for an indoor trainer so I am very happy but if you are looking to accessorize your road bike then maybe invest in the more competitive brands as the ergonomics are much better. But the value on these ones are great. Ooh and I had to sand the clamps as the sharp edges scratched the heck out of my bars.

Soy principiante.

Product shipped with out all the parts and would not fit on standard handle bars. Thought it was just me, took it to professionals to install and they could not install either.

Screw holds in arm cups are the wrong direction from the holes in the attachment bar. They are aligned vertically, instead of horizontally, so you can only put a screw in 1 of the 2 holes, with the result that they twist out of place.Additionally, the all metal attachment pieces scratch existing bars - immediately. Ruining finishes, leaving existing bars open to rust, & it immediately causes your bike to look terribly unarmed for. They also scratche the extension bars of is own product. Fine tuning your adjustment leaves scratches on the new product before is even installed! Finally, the attachment doesn't clamp down tight enough on small handlebars - there are a surprising number of 7/8" handlebars, bar ends, & bar extensions that these just won't fit into. Adding a small rubber shim would be excellent. TBF, the description did indicate minimum size three would clamp down to. I just wish they included another smaller shim. It's just as well they didn't, as I might have convinced myself to keep these, even though the cups twist, & the pads are too small, etc. But since NOTHING works for me, three must go back.Thank goodness because any further adjustment, or back, would just unclear the terrible scratching these already left. Here is a hack to make installing easier: use a small piece of (masking or other tape) to hold the metal shims in place during installation. This week save a ton of frustration.Additionally, you can try lining the inside of the shims with tape or something to try and minimize scratching of your existing bars during installation & adjustment. Do the same for the clap that holds these extensions.Overall, I advise against purchase, as the cups were manufactured incorrectly, at least on the set I got. Also, I now know I'd prefer the attachment pieces to be a sturdy plastic, rather than metal, so it doesn't ruin my existing handle bars, or these extensions. Finally, measure your handle bars. I couldn't find any hack to keep These in place on 7/8" handlebars. TBF, they did state a MINIMUM size. I just wish they included a shim to go smaller.

Sturdy enough for me to use and I am 165 lbs - beyond that I would be careful. I broke one pair of these by grabbing the plastic elbow cup while stopping, but I repurchased them because I needed some more time on TT bars for training and I did not want to spend $150 plus for a top end system. That said the cups are plastic and will split if they are over stressed or if they were over-tightened I am sure. So use with with care but probably don't expect to race on them lol

One of the pieces to attach the pad on the pads to the bars isn’t threaded. This is now completely useless. One side was threaded, the other wasn’t for some reason. Poor manufacturing. I intend to return.Update: despite the inconvenience, the customer service has been very good. Between them and amazon, they have handled my concerns rather well.
