We had to rig it to get the wheels to work. This was the second one shipped. The first came in pieces and was returned. We had to have a working cart in our preschool to facilitate snack. We didn't have time to send another back. The part where the wheels connect was stripped, so we forced the wheel in. If it hits a bump, I'm concerned that it would break. I'd keep looking if you have time. Other than that, it seems to work at this time.

Great cart, we use four of them at the shop for assembling our product and we have a larger model we use as a testing station. I also have one at home for using around the house. This is an improved model with better wheels and wheel mounting.Sorry, I have purchase several of these carts and when I received this request for review I was thinking it was for the latest purchase which was the BC-2416BZ (with the improved wheels and wheel mounting). This is the larger model we use as a testing station and it too has the better wheels and wheel mounting. We ended up purchasing a second BC-3520GZ (this model) so we could add more levels to our testing cart. They all are great!
