They were a little hard to solder to cause I don't have the arm things to hold them but they work.

The only thing I didn't like about dean's no longer exists. These are easy to take apart and look good.

Nice connectors. Bigger in size. Easier to pull apart because they are a bit longer

What more to say, solder on and replace damaged battery and esc connectors.

I use/used Dean style connectors for my RC gear. These connectors are some of the best. The solderability is second to none. On some the one I used in the past, I had to use liquid flux. The mating is so smooth, the cover fits tide and looks much nicer than heat shrink tubing.I definitely recommend to try it.

Snug and well made. Mate well with other brands of connectors

These T-plugs work great for airsoft, and look slick. However, the plastic caps are made for 16 or 14 awg wire, so the holes are WAY too large for the (more standard in stock AEG wiring) 18-20 awg wire, creating a large gap at the back that shows potential to short if something thin were to get stuck in. I would still recommend heat shrinking the wires after soldering. However, after soldering them on two guns, one charger, and one battery, they work great, seem to hold up well, and definitely are a superior connector to the more traditional Tamiya plug. A great buy, I will purchase again!

These updated plugs are pretty slick. They get rid of the need for using that tiny bit of heat shrink at the back and give you a little more surface to grab onto when disconnecting a battery. They are a little bulky, but worth the slight penalty if you aren't racing in a highly competitive environment.
