A lot of generic exhausts suffer from this, but they will split from the vibration very quickly if you put any kind of hours on the bike. On this unit the muffler cracked and then the pipe itself shortly after split

It fits even with a stock carb and air box, I was super worried it wouldn’t fit because for some reason I cannot find exhausts anywhere for this bike specifically. Now my only concern is that I’m going to need and exhaust shield so I don’t burn my leg 😂P.s the change in color after riding is soo rad!!

This muffler/header is of good quality, easy to install, with no issues. I was surprised at how much quieter it is versus the factory muffler; the drive unit and chains are louder now. Tucks the muffler low and out of the way. I had some extra spark plug boot heat protection so I used that to keep the heat down, otherwise the pipe does get pretty hot. Gave a little more seat-of-the-pants torque.

This review is specifically criticizing the fit. The shipping was fast and quality looks fine. This exhaust/muffler does not have correct bend radius to clear the frame on a B200R. May work on other models. Do not buy if you have a newer Coleman B200R.

This worked perfectly on a pit bike that I purchased to use while at the race track. Before, the exhaust pipe would get very hot right next to my leg. With this part, it worked perfectly and solved the problem. It went together easily and fit well.

My initial review stated that this didn't fit. Seller saw the review and found out they shipped the wrong one. Not only did they ship the right one this time but sent it no charge. So far it is perfect! Quieter than the original box which burned my leg all the time. Thank you for the right fit.

I bought this for my BT200X, it sounds cool, I normally run it with the muffler on, but it is a twist on and you can remove it. After running the engine with this on for a while, it will change the color of the pipe. which is my favorite part. If you have a riser plate, be careful as this will hit your leg if you sit too far back on the mini bike; nothing a little heat wrap can't fix.
