[EDIT/UPDATE]As I hoped, the seller voluntarily reached out to me and graciously replaced the item with the missing parts. There was a couple of back and forth, but painless for the most part. The replacement arrived in a timely manner and was of expected quality. This time the rails were in the seller's box, which was inside an Amazon box. There was still some tearing of the inside box, but the parts were contained, and doubly so by being in the Amazon box. They also informed me that the packaging would be updated in the near future to prevent mishaps of the sort that I experienced. This certainly speaks well of the seller, and if this item appears to fit your needs I would not hesitate to recommend that you purchase it here through Amazon.[ORIGINAL REVIEW]Like others, I received the rails and screws, but am missing two of the tie downs and all of the bolts. Both ends of the flimsy box (shipped in the manufacturer's box, not Amazon's) were open, so that is not surprising. The rails are of similar quality to the box, in that they are clearly lightweight, easily half the size and weight of the rails I have in my pickup truck. These are probably good for a light duty utility trailer (the 4-6 foot type), holding down some boxes or perhaps bicycles, but nothing where real holding power is required, say a motorcycle or lawn mower. Of course, there is no telling the quality of the material used, but still, there appears to be a reason why these are priced as they are. Based on the quality and the lack of any way to contact the seller for the missing parts, I'll go with what is actually a generous 2 stars.

The box had a tear at one end. No hardware. Just the rails and mounting screws. The tie down rings were gone. By comparison, these rails are also very light duty compared to another set that I have to compare it to. I included photos so that you can see the gauge difference. It is substantial. (this product is the black one) With the power of ratchet straps and their ability to crank down on loads, these are light duty by comparison. So if you are hauling your dirt bike, where weight is behind what is strapped, I would avoid these. If it is to hold down a load that is going to the dump, these will work fine and actually represent a great value for four 4 foot tracks, hardware missing and all!

Missing half the screws and all the O rings. I guess its still a decent value. The bars themselves are well made, good machine work. Waiting on rings to install at this point.

I like others had my package open up during shipping but other than missing one o-ring with the end of one track being cosmetically damaged all 20 bolts, nuts, and screws made it. I'm building a new camper van which specifically needs L-Track to secure my sons wheelchair which uses L-Track restraints for the wheelchair and seat belt system which I'm transferring over from my older wheelchair van. I looked at the images and saw the photo of the L-Track with a secured wheelchair and I thought this would perfectly fit my needs and the black color matched the aesthetic I'm looking for in my new build. After ordering I looked again closely at the photo with the wheelchair and saw it was edited. You can see the original aluminum L-Track in a portion of the photo behind the wheelchair and the seller enlarged the photo of this track to match the width of the original aluminum track to make it seem wider than it really is. The other issue is in order to be compliant with the ADA, NHTSA, and RESNA Vol. 4, Sec.18 recommended practices for wheelchair tie-down systems, the bolt spacing needs to be 4" apart with 4 points minimum whichever is greater. This L-Track bolt spacing is 5" or three bolts in 15" apart and not four bolts in 12" apart required. The work needed to drill out extra holes isn't worth the added work or risk which is a shame because my wheelchair restraints fit snug into the track and the working load of the track is adequate. I also do not know if the bolts provided are complaint to the ASTM F838 specifications which at this point is moot. Now with all of that being said I'm still going to give this a middle rating of 3 stars for a couple of reasons. This is still a well made and strong 6061 aluminum L-Track with a 4000 lb breaking strength and 1500 lb working load. It fits all my existing L-Track lugs, hooks, and tie-downs securely. I will still use this L-Track in my new wheelchair camper van build but it will move to the wall instead to secure other items that need the flexibility of placement. If you need to install this L-Track on a trailer or in a truck bed to tie down bikes or lawn equipment the price for four 4' sections under $25 each is a great deal. It's also really easy to cut into sections to make smaller pieces to maximize contact points with the flexibility to mount vertically, horizontally, ceiling, or floor. I still recommend this as a purchase.

This L-track truck bed rail system arrived tightly packaged within a thin, white, generic-looking box. The tracks are made of adequately thick metal. The single stud o-rings are well built. Installation is made easier with the well-written instructions. Overall, I am happy with this set.

Tracks are good enough. Did not come with any O-Rings and only one set of screws. I would not purchase a product that says it includes items but ships without. If I am contacted and sent missing parts, I will update.

Both the picture and the item description states it comes with the "single stud o-ring" tie downs and mounting hardware. However, my package was just the rails and no hardware or the tie downs. I reported this and have yet to receive a response.
