Easy install on my 2001 Highlander

Fit good and bright

2019 Chevy Trax. Of four, no brake light worked. Of two, only two tail-lights worked. Polarity is not marked, so it is trial and error. LED is a diode. Diodes require proper polarity to function. Electrical engineer here.

Bulb melted within 5 seconds of installation, burnt the taillight circuit board, and popped the brake light fuse. They were installed in a 2006 Toyota that was previously running leds with no issues. These are junk and a fire hazard. Don’t waste your money.

Actually blew two of my fuses and made it to where I had to manually shift out of park with the emergency release. Before that though, they were nice and bright. They just didn't trigger when I hit the brakes. This will obviously be a case by case basis, which is why I'm not giving it a one star.
