    2, check if the balls get stuck in the machine, turn the machine off, get all the balls out of the machine and restart it

We purchased this for our six year old grandson for Christmas. Everything about it is perfectly wonderful. We did order an extra bag of balls, highly recommend that.

We bought this back in September for my son‘s birthday, and it was obviously too cold out to play it here in Nebraska. Yesterday we opened it up to play some baseball in the front yard and the ball return doesn’t even work first time we’ve ever used it now I have a $90 paperweight. Hopefully the company would replace it!3/9/24 Update!!! Thanks to GREAT customer service we received a new unit yesterday and it works perfectly. Thanks for backing your product!

The machine is incredible when new. After about 100 balls through the spinning rubber wheels, the wheels either create build up or they wear down ( I honestly couldn’t tell which of the two happened ) performance declined rapidly and every other ball was either stuck or did not correctly launched. Great idea, just need to perfect it.

This works well for a short time --it is sporadic-shoots fast, slow, high, low --but is still very fun! It works better when plugged in vs using batteries.

My grandson plays Little League baseball and I got this for him so he could practice batting whenever he wanted. He gives it two thumbs up.
