A really well thought out product. After purchasing as seen on tv brands and comparing it to this it's well worth to say that this exceeds the tv products quality. You can buy once and pay the same price you would to replace tv brands. This product is made with thicker material. It is stitched better. I had stronger Velcro and comes with thumb tacks and instructions. It has more size option for your door frame. I purchased the 36 in instead of the 38" as it fits cleaner around my door trim with the supplied Velcro. Install was simple. Has weights at bottom to close quicker. I'm very happy with this purchase and hope to get many uses out of it which it does seem it will. The other brands stitching would grab and pull and hang looking messy. The thumb tacks on the 38" size would get loose off the drywall. The Velcro pieces would separate off wood frame when weather was warmer. I don't see this happening with this Velcro system as it looks like it's vhb adhesive which is stronger.

We bought a fixer upper and could not afford to put in a screen door to the back yard. I bought this and it’s fantastic. In the summer, the dogs run in and out and it automatically closes. No bugs! Easy to put up and the tape connecting it my house has held up well. To be new fair, there is an overhang at our door so it doesn’t get wet so I’m not sure how that would affect the tape. The white is nice and light and filters the sun just a bit. Good value.

I don’t write that many reviews for Amazon these days unless a product dazzles or disappoints me.This magnetic screen IS THE BOMB! It truly is substantially better than ALL the other similar screens sold on Temu, AliExpress, or Amazon.If you’re like me, you may have bought a cheaper screen in the past and have struggled to make it a truly effective barrier for flies and mosquitoes. I can tell you that I’ve bought two of those from Temu. They were very inexpensive, between $5 and $10. Great price. But they were very thin (eventually a problem because one of my cats decided to climb the screen one day, and poof, screen in tatters). Also the cheap screens did not come with effective full all around Velcro, so there were small gaps along the sides. The magnets on the cheap screens were difficult to get to align perfectly, especially over time as the screen sagged or lost its structure.This screen costs substantially more. I think I paid around $25 for it, and as I was considering it, I was hesitant as I assumed would be the same as my previous cheapies.Let me put your doubts in the rear view mirror. This screen is substantially heavier and much better designed. It is worth way more than the asking price.The screen itself is thick and made of a durable material that still retains enough give to be able to enter and exit easily. It comes with the 1.5 inch borders already sewn with one side of the hook and loop Velcro. This has two advantages: it makes the installation easy, and it makes the finished hung screen secure with no gaps along the top or sides.To install it, you lay the screen flat on your floor. You then take the included roll of nice and wide 1.5 inch Velcro and attach it to the already sewn Velcro on the top and sides. You can then pick the whole thing up, bring it to your door casing, peel off the paper backing on the top Velcro and attach that first to the top of your door. The sticky Velcro glue is very tacky and makes an excellent seal. You then do the same procedure along the sides. For extra reinforcement they recommend a couple of supplied tacks at the center top. You can put more tacks along the whole thing, but it really isn’t necessary. The Velcro backing is very sticky and makes an excellent seal. There are no gaps anywhere.Importantly, the center magnets that hold the screen together are plenty and very strong. They seal the door silently and with absolutely no gaps. (See pictures).If I were to make any criticisms, it would be that the screen could be an inch less wide and an inch longer. But frankly, this has more to do with my door casing than the screen. As it is I kind of had to wrap the sticky Velcro around the sides of my door casing as well as on the front. But that’s fine. It’s a very tight seal.My cats can still easily scoot under the bottom of the screen for easy entry and egress.In the winter, it’s easy to remove the screen leaving the Velcro attached to the door casing in place until next summer when the screen will easily reattach.The screen comes with easy to follow instructions for installation (don’t throw away the branding paper as the instructions are on the back side.)I wish I had found this screen years ago and not wasted my time and frustration with cheaper versions. I’m so glad to have this one. It’s an inexpensive and terrific way to keep your back door open in the summer and let the warm breezes blow.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to order but the quality is better than I expected. We did have to use both the velcro and provided nails but we haven’t had any issues. The magnets are really strong and the two pieces always come back together. It fit our standard door perfect. I love that I can see out of it and it’s hard to see in. Great for the summer!

Install was fast & easy. Please forgive the paint swatches as we are looking to brighten up the house. Installation took minutes as I only used the tacks to put up the screen because we obviously will be finishing painting soon and this way we can take it down more easily. I don't see a need to use the 3M adhesive for our application even after we finish painting because the tacks hold it up just fine with no gaps and tack holes are easy to repair not to mention easier to deal with for me than adhesives. I could see a potential need for more tacks later, but not at this time as a everything lines up well. The magnets fall into place and are actually attracted to the baby gate which keeps the curtain just barely off the floor making sweeping that area easy. I find myself pleasantly surprised with this purchase. Just make sure to measure before you order. I included the depth of the door frame in my measurements so I could tack the border down on the outside of the frame rather than directly to the front of the frame where everyone can see it. IMO, it looks cleaner that way. Hope this helps.

Very happy with this purchase, which we bought during the July Black Friday promotion. Definitely worth the few extra $ on it since it's a lot thicker in the screen than traditional magnetic screens sets. I hope it will last years. Magnets are strong, airflow is decent. Strength is great, still bounces back to magnetizing after many times of Velcroing back panels. (Previous cheap models shrink and are hard to magnetize)Happy with our purchase, perfect to adding a screen door to a rental.

The product fits well, but am disappointed with the visibility through the mesh. I ordered the white and am sorry I did. When the sun shines on it, the glare makes the mesh door appear solid and it does not look good. it is very difficult to see through it in the sunshine. Also, the white fabric near the magnets is easily dirty and cannot remove to wash or clean. I wish I had purchased the black as this issue may be resolved? magnets work well, but also BE SURE of where you want to put it, because it will not come off easily and is not removable for seasonal use only.
