Choose the correct size
- Cap width: 72mm
- Cap inside width from tab to tab: 47mm
- Cylinder diameter: 37mm
Install method
Step 1
Take out the fuel filter from fuel tank. ( filter type/color might be different, but also fit the cap)
Step 2
Match the filter and cap's lock part.
Step 3
Align and put the lock-part of cap /filter into the fuel tank at the same time.
Step 4
Twist the cap clockwise to the end and the cap is locked properly.

Immediately after putting the cap on fuel started leaking. It is very cheap and not worth the money. Get duralast part #6040! It’s cheaper and works much better.

Had some trouble with my other gas cap sealing, so gas would come out of the mini bike when I rode. Turns out it was a just a cheaper cap that wouldn't hold pressure tight, but this one works perfectly.
